Maple Haven Kennel Health Guarantee
At Maple Haven Kennel, we offer a Breeders Guarantee for all our puppies, covering genetic illnesses for up to 12 months from the date of sale. If a genetic condition is diagnosed within this period, Maple Haven Kennel will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. A veterinarian’s diagnosis letter, including contact information, is required for any claims, and we reserve the right to have the dog examined or tested by our veterinarians before proceeding with the exchange. Please note, Maple Haven Kennel is not responsible for any veterinary costs once the puppy has left our premises.
As part of our Breeders Guarantee, the buyer is required to spay or neuter the dog within the first 10 months of age and submit a certificate of this procedure to Maple Haven Kennel before the dog reaches 12 months old. If this certificate is not received by the specified time, the health guarantee will become void.
The buyer is also responsible for the overall well-being of the dog, including providing quality food, shelter, exercise, and training. If the buyer is no longer able to care for the dog, it must be returned to Maple Haven Kennel for re-homing. Under no circumstances should a Maple Haven Kennel dog be placed in an animal shelter. We are committed to ensuring our dogs are placed in loving homes where their physical, social, and mental needs are fully met. If the dog is returned within two weeks of purchase, the buyer will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price. After two weeks, no refund will be provided.
At Maple Haven Kennel, we stand by our Breeders Guarantee to ensure the health, happiness, and well-being of every puppy placed in a new home.
